Support System

Visit Disabled Student Support Center with disability card.
Fill out a disabled student registration card.
If necessary, fill out a disabled student support request form and consult with staff.
After registering as a disabled student, you may use support service of Disabled Student Support Center.
Contact Disabled Student Support Center immediately in case of any change in address or contact information (email, phone number, etc.).
Attend events and programs organized by the Disabled Student Support Center.
Disabled students have the responsibility and duty to safely manage all apparatus, including facilities and equipment, provided by the school.
